I got very similar feedback from the critiques, and I think I will need to create the user persona more related to what our app/service is about other than general information of the persona. Visual design appear to be also an important part of the persona design, and I will need to think about the consistency of it more while I shouldn’t left out text explanation when trying to reach a good visual design.

Selected Persona

We decided to merge Juliana and Gonçalo’s user persona as the final selected persona, because they provided really detailed background information of the persona and tells more about music preferences and concerns on music streaming services of the persona.
